Qassar wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 30-day return period on all www.qassar.ae orders.

Please reference Shipping Confirmation Emails to find your Order ID to process your return. Do not use the packing list information that was shipped with your product(s).

Your credit card will be refunded when merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed during holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable, either local or international.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

• Products not purchased from www.qassar.ae are not eligible for return/exchange or credit. Please contact retailer item was purchased from.
• All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
• Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
• Qassar Marine is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
• Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
• Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
• Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (10%).
• If refund is initiated and original payment is no longer available a gift card or credit will be issued.
• Return policy subject to change without notice.

Normal orders submitted by 12:00PM GMT Monday-Friday will process orders within 1-4 business days, depending on order volume.

NOTE: Free shipping on orders over AED 200 valid for UAE only.

UAE: Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days.

International Shipping: 6-7 business days.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following regular business day.
• Expedited orders shipping to Western Region will require an additional business day to arrive.
• Rural domestic addresses require 1+ additional business day to deliver.
• Processing time based on items in stock. Customer will be contacted via email regarding out of stock items.
